Message	The 265/40 is 6.724% too slow whereas the 265/35 is 2.505% too slow when compared to stock, the height difference 40= 26.34 in 669.03 mm or 35=25.30 in 642.62 mm what might help you is the sidewall height, 35= 3.65 in 92.71 mm and 40=4.17 in 105.91 mm They will probably fit but your speedo will be even more off and it will change your gearing some.
